Dr. Lara is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara in Mexico class of 1987, culminating in an extensive 30+ years of experience in dentistry. He moved to the USA in 1989 and after working a short time in different dental offices around Southern California he opened his practice, an Implant and Cosmetic Dental office in Placentia, CA in 2001.

With over 15 years of experience in oral implantology, Dr. Lara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. In 2020, he co-founded OCPAO with the mission to share his extensive expertise with a wide audience. Serving as a mentor and consultant for fellow professionals in the field, Dr. Lara offers invaluable guidance on surgical procedures to enhance their practices.
